Introduction
The course introduces a new approach to holistic improvement, combining fundamental techniques of the Theory of Constraints with the Lean Thinking. Experience has shown that this innovative and proven solution can quickly and dramatically improve the overall performance of a hospital. Topics in this course include discharge planning, matching capacity to needs, managing the patient journey, and ALOS for increasing hospital capacity with available resources.
Objective
